The Quality Management System implemented by ITGest places the quality of its operations at the top of its priorities because it understands that it generates value. We understand quality in a sustained way in a relationship of truth, loyalty and dedication between the main agents in our branch of activity: Customers, Shareholders, Suppliers, Partners, Collaborators and Society in general. 

We evaluate the conformities determined by the Organization through continuous internal processes, guaranteeing the Client a service designed according to ethically correct standards, procedures and norms, to obtain the best result in terms of purpose, with adequate levels of prices and service.

Through exhaustive and regular monitoring of a matrix of indicators, the organization seeks to continuously improve its production and organizational processes, in order to reach new levels of quality and thus meet the goals of excellence it sets itself. The organization aims to be the guarantor of quality, namely for:

  • Clear definition of the organization, objectives, functions, tasks and internal procedures and establishment of performance indicators, having as assumptions;
  • Continuous improvement of all processes;
  • Sustained evolution of its services;
  • Anticipate and meet the needs and expectations of customers, by improving the capacity, quality and reliability of products and services;
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, standards and other regulations applicable to our area of activity, as well as others to which we voluntarily adhere;
  • Manage human resources in a dynamic and encouraging way, providing constant improvement in productivity and employee satisfaction;
  • Promote a safe work environment;
  • Comply with the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001 standard and promote the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Management System.
